DotCom Mastermind Alliance is formed to tap the power of a group of amazing individuals, offer the right networking and learning opportunities, they are valuable and is simply phenomenal - we meet every Wednesday (8.00pm) and Saturday at 2:00 pm to get focused on our goals, offer each other support and resources, share ideas, form JVs, embarking on profitable projects, share online marketing products and keep each other motivated and inspired.
Here’s some of the key things that have made our DotCom Mastermind Group powerful and efficient:
-We keep ourselves focused to the projects we decided to embark and committed so that any conversation can flow. We have 5 peoples in our group at the moment.
-Include a “range of different skill levels” in our group. We want people that can mentor us as well as people we can mentor - keep in mind the Latin Proverb, “By learning you will teach, by teaching you will learn.”
-Using the power of leverage. “If I don’t follow through on my commitments, there is a price to pay. I make it painful enough to ensure I do what I say I will do”.
Our meeting structure is simple and efficient:
-We meet weekly at a certain time - if one of us is late, that person is buying lunch or dinner for everyone.
-Each person has the floor for a certain period of time - which gives everyone an opportunity to share successes and ask for help or guidance.
-We often hand out ‘assignments’ to each other and each of us will update the group of the progress and to deliver unconditionally the task assigned.
